(1) If the Ministry deems necessary, it may depute civil employee as a Liaison Officer.
(2) The concerned producer shall have to provide the following facilities to the Liaison Officer deputed pursuant to Sub-rule (1).
(a) Facilities of lodging, fooding and transportation,
(b) Seasonal clothes, tools or medical treatment as required while going for motion picture shooting to the mountainous region,
(c) Periodical life insurance of at least Three Hundred Thousand Rupees, and (d) Daily and travelling allowances to be obtained as per the prevailing Rules.
(3) If the Liaison Officer suffers bodily injury from the accident occurred while going for snapping with the producer, the producer shall have to provide to the Liaison Officer all expenditures incurred for the treatment and compensation of upto Two Hundred Thousand Rupees as per the nature of bodily injury so sustained. .
(4) If the Liaison Officer requests for assistance to any institutions or associations while going for snapping with the producer, such institutions or associations shall have the duty to provide necessary assistance
